MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING – November 3, 2008 5:10 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Phil Grannan
The Board of Selectmen voted to appoint Phil Grannan as an advisor to the Public Safety and Municipal Complex Committee
Phil Grannan from the Public Safety and Municipal Complex Committee presented a list of questions to the board. The board will get back to the committee. The only exception is the tax rate impact.
The Board of Selectmen voted to request a 10% FY2009 budget freeze. The 10% freeze is of the departments total expense appropriation. The Board of Selectmen and Finance Committee will address the freeze again in March.
